Shipping Policy

At the moment Roots Botanica is shipping retail orders within the EU including the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Austria, Denmark, Portugal, Italy, Sweden, Luxembourg, Spain, as well as to Switzerland & the United States.

We strive to ship all orders within 48 hours of purchase via post.nl. You will receive track-n-trace information when your package is shipped.  These rates do not include insured packages.

Ship time within the Netherlands​ is normally 1-2 business days.  

Cost of shipping with track-n-trace:

Up to 10kg- €6.95

Ship time to Belgium is normally 2-3 business days.

Cost of shipping with track-n-trace:

Up to 2kg- €9.70

Ship time to other EU countries(+ Switzerland) listed above is normally within 3-5 business days. Spain & Portugal can be up to 7 days. 

Up to 2kg- €10.20

Ship time to the United States is normally 6-9 business days.  Please be aware this time frame could potentially be delayed by customs.
